Personal Essay
Your essay should be a minimum of one typed page but not exceed 2 pages (350 words Maximum), 12 pt font, and double-spaced.

Your resume accounts for a significant part of your score when we consider applicants. Be sure to use this standard format. You MUST use this standard format for your resume. Your application will not be considered complete without the appropriately formatted resume.

Make sure your transcript shows your coursework and grades from Freshman year to your current semester. The transcript should include your grades for each course as well as the year/semester taken. An unofficial high school academic transcript is permitted.

You may submit up to 2 letters of recommendation from someone who knows you well, can attest to your growth throughout high school, and will make a case as to why you are deserving of this scholarship.

    SISD Fine Arts Scholarship

    This scholarship is meant to support SISD Fine Arts students that are choosing to major in Fine Arts in college. Please upload PRIVATE videos for Music, Dance, or Theatre per these instructions.
    By signing below, I indicate that I understand that in order to be considered for this scholarship, I must create a private YouTube video showcasing my Music, Dance, or Theatre talents as described above. I also confirm that I have created this video and invited the Foundation to view the video by inviting [email protected], as indicated in the instructions. If my video submission is not received by 11:59pm Mountain Time on February 28, 2026, I will not be considered for this award.
